The working pattern is Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the management team at Abingdon & Witney college. For this brand new role we are looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to work as a direct report to our Vice Principal Commercial and Adult Provision. You will play a key role in the college’s response to the local skills improvement plan alongside other opportunities that arise beyond our existing education and skills funding agency activity.
You will be responsible for overseeing a range of education projects (including subcontracts) at the college to ensure their successful delivery and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for developing new projects and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Your ability to write effective bids against tight deadlines will be crucial and your attention to detail in taking proposals through to successfully delivered outcomes will be a key asset. Previous experience in project and contract management in educational contexts are essential and your willingness to embrace further professional development should feature in your future aspirations.
