Full-Time Creative & Digital Media Manager
Job Description
The Creative & Digital Media Manager supports the design and visual execution of marketing strategies and initiatives, including assets for campaigns, emails, websites, program branding, event activations, social media assets, email layouts, and other branding elements in collaboration with other marketing team members and outside vendors.
About the Role:
- Manages organizational brand system, standards, and guidelines and monitors brand adherence across all platforms
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to design and produce a variety of assets across multiple platforms
- Conceptualizes and delivers print and multi-channel digital designs including graphics for articles/blogs, social media, presentations, emails, advertisements, events, and more.
- From concept through execution, improves our brand and product user experience in digital touchpoints including emails, enrollment flows, navigation, advertisements, etc. with a focus on lead capture and conversion
- Collaborates with social media and communications stakeholders to conceptualize, plan, and design a cohesive external identity
- Assists with UI/UX, HTML, and WordPress consulting or updates as needed
- Follows project workflows and timelines to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines; document tasks and projects within Asana project management system
- Performs all other duties as assigned
About You:
- Strong grasp of design fundamentals; layout, color, composition, typography, and use of imagery
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience in UI/UX projects (application design a plus), WordPress, and HTML
- 5-8+ years’ experience; contributed to multiple creative campaigns and has led solutions for individual projects
- Demonstrable experience working effortlessly across print and digital advertising and marketing and web channels and mediums
- Interaction design and motion graphics design experience is a plus

Pay range: $72,112-$108,159, based on credentials and geographic location
