More about this Team and Project

The Yoti Sales team is responsible for meeting our quarterly and annual revenue targets through building and maintaining effective, engaging relationships with our clients and their strategic suppliers.

In this newly created role you will be responsible for identifying and growing a set of relationships with partner organisations who can assist Yoti in growing our Annual Recurring Revenue whilst delivering impact to the end customer and value to the partner organisation.

The role

  • Yoti has already delivered value to many organisations who are able to deploy our technology to service their end customers and this role will be responsible for developing strategies to further our reach with organisations in the Digital Identity, KYC and Onboarding eco-systems.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to identify a number of target partners who might resell, integrate or recommend Yoti’s services to their clients, then develop win-win relationships with them.
  • You will work closely with our marketing function to create the relevant materials.
  • Responsible for training partners who might need to successfully sell a Yoti solution and agree with sales leadership and subject matter experts on how best to engage Yoti’s sales teams.
  • Negotiate and renew commercial agreements with our partners as required
  • Ensuring that our CRM is constantly updated with accurate information relating to contacts, accounts and opportunities
  • As this is a client facing role you will be expected to travel to their site as and when needed.

Your experience

  • 5-10 years experience in building successful partner relationships in the SaaS space with significant emphasis on enabling partners to go to market with new services and solutions.
  • Experience in working with one or many of the large systems integrators and evaluating how best to engage a small growing organisation like Yoti with those businesses.
  • Understanding of the opportunities Digital Identity provides to enterprise and Mid-Market clients in the UK and EMEA.
  • Some experience of working with US and Australian partners would be valuable.

*Pension: Yoti operates an Auto-Enrolment Pension scheme . with the People’s Pension. Employees will become eligible for entry to the scheme three months after their start date. As per government legislation the employee must contribute at least 5% of their gross salary and Yoti will contribute 3% (the percentages are applied to salary between the government set limits of ~£5000 and ~£50000 p.a.). Pension contribution can increase with increased years of service.
