Job Description

Job title:   Business Manager to the Chief Executive Officer

Salary range:   £46,185 – £49,183

Type of contract:   12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

Location:   London, Hybrid

Working hours:   Full time, 35 hours per week

 

About the role

We have a great opportunity to work in a varied and interesting role at the very heart of the College’s activities. Our work is dedicated to improving women’s health care across the world.

This is a high profile role working closely with the Chief Executive Officer ensuring the smooth management of their office, with the support of the PA to the Chief Executive and PA to the President. You will also provide comprehensive high quality professional advice and support to the CEO, co-ordinating activities, producing briefings, writing reports and presentations as well as taking forward key projects.

The role will bring you into regular contact with senior management, the President, Officers and staff across the College as well as external stakeholders.

 

Our offices are located in London Bridge and while some working from the office will be needed for key meetings and events we offer hybrid and flexible working

 

 

About you

You will have a successful track-record of working in a comparable role, providing professional support at senior level. You will be able to develop great working relationships, manage your own work and coordinate that of others. You will have strong writing skills and the ability to think strategically and to lead on projects.
