DomainTools is adding an Sr. Director of Americas Enterprise Sales to accommodate our incredible growth. This role would lead 7 enterprise SaaS account executives. The primary focus will be accelerating growth in new accounts, expanding value in existing accounts, and supporting overall customer retention. The focus customer segments will be Global Fortune 1000 and the largest government agencies.
In this role, you will be the senior sales leader for the largest growth segment in the company. This role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), and you will work closely with the Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales Operations, and Product teams (as well as other business units).
Compensation Range: $300,000- $500,000
Location: Remote with the United States
Requirements
In this role you will be:
- Responsible for hiring and retaining world class talent
- Executing and optimizing the go to market strategy and plans, driving new accounts and expansion bookings
- Encourage professional curiosity and focus on intense discovery and customer support
- Drive sales acumen and operational structure
- Building plans with the cybersecurity Value Added Reseller (VAR) community
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, Customer Success, Customer Engineering, Sales Operations and Channel on a daily basis
- Drive accountability through goals and measurable outcomes
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Sales Leadership
- In depth understanding of the cybersecurity threat landscape, preferred threat intelligence
- Proven success as a sales leader recruiting and retaining superior talent
- Proficient with sales and marketing technology stack, preferred Salesforce, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info
- Strong sales structure and experience, preferred methodology of Force Management, Command of Message and Command of Sale (MEDDIC)
- Strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
- Experience selling to and with, market leading cybersecurity ecosystem partners
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Independent thinker and operator
