Full-Time Data and Insight Manager
Job Description
The Philharmonia Orchestra is seeking to appoint a Data and Insight Manager. This role will be focused on developing the organisation-wide data strategy project, with the aim of improving the collection, collation, and analysis of data to inform business decision making and reporting. Key objectives include:
- Leading on reporting and data capture according to business objectives and funding commitments
- Leading on audience surveying and analysis
- Working cross-departmentally to optimise Tessitura/CRM platforms to ensure best practice and to build the broadest understanding of audiences and stakeholders
- Developing reports, dashboards and data visualisations which display data, insight and progress
- Working closely with the Development team to support applications and reports for fundraising, using data to help in the case for support
- Working closely with the Learning & Engagement team to measure the impact of activities
The successful candidate will have a background in data analysis, with strong expertise in synthesising data to present actionable insights. They should be experienced in engaging a range of stakeholders in data and insight projects, to ensure that data and audience are at the heart of the organisation.
We operate a hybrid working practice, with a minimum of three days in the office. The role will be primarily based at our administrative office in Southwark, London SE1; however, some travel within London and to other UK (and international) locations will be required.
