Job Purpose and Background
Are you passionate about working to prevent dangerous climate change, halt deforestation and champion water security? CDP is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Partnerships Executive to join the Partnerships team at CDP. In this varied role, you will be based in the CDP’s London office and will support the wider Partnerships team in growing, developing and delivering the Accredited Solutions Provider program globally. You will also support with events administration and our academic data program.
CDP’s Accredited Solutions Provider program connects our base of thousands of disclosing companies with the providers that can support their environmental measurement, management, and leadership efforts. Key responsibilities include:
· Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the partnerships team as needed;
· Management of the partnerships inbox;
· Support the Partnerships and Events Manager with the organisation and delivery of events, both in-person and online on an adhoc basis;
· Manage academic data sales from start to finish looking at ways to streamline this process;
· Support with the delivery of key partnership communications such as newsletters and blogs, and reports
· Responsibility for ad hoc projects as required by line-manager.
Required skills and experience:
• Good account management and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proven success in providing effective administration support;
• A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues around the world, across multiple teams and time-zones;
• Ability to multitask and juggle projects simultaneously, with a very high level of organisation and attention to detail;
• Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
• Interest/knowledge in issues related to the climate change, sustainability, environmental, and corporate social responsibility space;
• A passion to contribute to CDP’s mission, and the desire to scale a program and continually innovate.
This is a full-time role based at CDP’s London office reporting to the Partnerships Manager, UK&WW.
Salary and benefits: £30,626 – £32,000 per annum, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
