Job Title: Catalyst Project Administrator
Language Requirements: Fluent English
Reports to: Catalyst Project Manager
Location: Office and Home-based. Based in Central London.
Salary: £21,500 (increased to £22,500 after successful completion of the probationary period)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. We encourage flexible working and are open to different working patterns and days
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until the end of December 2023
Start date: As soon as possible

Overall Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team to help us deliver Breaking Barriers’ Catalyst project. Funded by the Asylum Migration and Integration Fund, this project will create opportunities for 678 Third Country Nationals (TCNs) to successfully integrate in London through bespoke employment support and training.
The Catalyst Project Administrator will support the Project Manager in the effective and efficient running of the project. The Project Administrator will have responsibility for coordinating communications with project staff and ensuring the distribution of reporting requirements as well as the collation of documents to support reporting.
The successful candidate will be highly-organised with meticulous attention to detail as well as excellent written and verbal communication. This role will combine administration and coordination of multiple project staff so the ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders is essential. The role will work to strict reporting requirements so the successful candidate must show excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
The role will be involved with the creation of publicity materials and be responsible for organising project related meetings as well as taking minutes. This role will report into the Project Manager, working closely with colleagues from across the project, senior staff within the organisation, and support teams. The successful candidate will share our energy and determination and will be attracted by the idea of being part of a team with big ambitions to grow.
