Duties and Responsibilities
The Recruitment/Placement Coordinator, Aviation Center position is directly accountable to the Director of Aviation Programs for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Act as primary representative for NWF State College at various community events, college fairs, schools, and businesses as directed in a professional and highly-knowledgeable manner.
- Provide center tours to prospective students and businesses.
- Serve as primary point of contact for new student inquiries and respond to or route questions as appropriate in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain superior knowledge of all admissions requirements and procedures with the ability to provide detailed, personal assistance to applicants and prospective students.
- Maintain superior knowledge of all degree and certificate offerings within the aviation programs and be able to effectively communicate related information to applicants and prospective students.
- Adhere to strategic communication plans and respond to prospective students in a timely, professional manner.
- Meet or exceed recruitment goals as assigned and actively seek new opportunities for growing outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with campus and community partners to plan and execute new student recruitment outreach, including large-scale events.
- Utilize the College’s new student recruitment CRM and ensure all outbound communications and functions of system are up-to-date.
- Help graduating students with placement opportunities.
- Complete annual mandatory compliance training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience required.
- Ability to travel in-state, out-of-state, and occasionally overnight.
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or related function preferred.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with CRM management preferred; student database experience preferred.
- Superior written and oral communication skills with demonstrated excellence in customer service/relations.
- Goal-driven with the ability to provide reliable insight into opportunities for improvement.
