Full-Time Recruitment Consultant – Permanent – Swansea
Job Description
CRG is a well-established, multi-disciplined recruitment staffing business and due to a high number of significant new business wins across Wales we are rapidly expanding our health, nursing & care divisions. As a result are looking to employ four new mobile recruitment consultants to work across Wales to support our local and national recruitment strategy for nurses and carers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated and motivated consultants to join a rapidly expanding, highly successful business with excellent career building opportunities throughout our business as we continue to grow at a very fast pace. Depending on where we find the very best candidates will dictate where we open one or two local offices. As you will need to be mobile for these roles, you must be prepared for travel across Wales, have a full, clean driving-license, be prepared for some working from home and some overnight stays away from home.
Initially we plan to target nurses and healthcare staff in the following areas: Haverfordwest, Tenby, Carmarthen, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, Milford Haven, Llanelli, Aberystwyth, Cardigan, Swansea and Fishguard.
As a recruitment consultant, you will be recruiting locally, regionally and nationally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own candidate pools within a fast paced growing environment. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities locally and regionally and you will be responsible for building and maintaining your own desk. You will be the face and voice of CRG to new and existing clients, staff and candidates.
Ideal Requirements:
• Previous experience as a recruiter or recruitment consultant within healthcare, nursing or care;
• A passion for sales and a desire to achieve;
• A real passion & zest for helping people find their perfect placements;

• Proven ability to work to deadlines and to targets
• Excellent business development and relationship building skills;
• Excellent communication and time management skills; and
• Ability to network to increase customer & staff numbers through ‘Social Media’
