Full-Time Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer – Permanent – Romford

CRG is recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer in Romford Branch.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Contacting medical professionals from the company to reintroduce our company services.
  • Cleansing data, updating and supporting administration duties to update our systems and processes.
  • Actively headhunt and use company referral schemes to support new worker attraction
  • Attract medical professionals through company recruitment processes providing compliance, administration and recruiter support services
  • Provide fully cleansed and compliant file to recruitment team for placement of medical professionals
  • Develop recruitment consultant skills and show ambition to develop into a fully trained recruitment consultant after an initial period of 3 months

CRG is a specialist recruitment and health service provider. Established in 2000, the company opened its first branch in St Helens, Merseyside. Since then, it has launched a further 20 branches and local offices, throughout England and Wales, ranging from Southampton, Romford and Richmond upon Thames in the south to Gateshead, Manchester and Stoke in the north.

Since its formation fifteen years ago, CRG has traded successfully, providing temporary and permanent health care services, staff and locums to a wide range of public, private and charitable organisations.

  • Have previous experience in a recruitment business or show capability of strong sales ability
  • Show a passion for sales/recruitment and a desire to achieve targets in line with our company growth and expectations
  • Be able to learn and develop in our current and future recruitment sectors
  • Excellent business development and relationship building capability
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Show flexibility in your working days and hours
  • Have availability to work weekends and evenings at times
