Full-Time Customer Implementation Manager
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Customer Delivery team for the full-time post of Customer Implementation Manager.
Based at Head Quarters, Mann Island, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with hybrid working, between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm; the successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, to manage the design, planning and implementation of a range of customer and service area initiatives.
The post holder will report to the Customer Delivery Manager and oversee a range of activities including resource management, budget control, risk management and resilience planning and business continuity, as well as overseeing successful deployment of new systems, maximising self-serve functionality for the customer. The successful candidate will ensure new and existing systems are developed and utilised to their full potential, as well as introducing efficiencies and new ways of working, liaising with internal departments, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
The postholder will have previous experience of delivery and quality management in a fast-paced customer service driven environment. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of Equality, Diversity and Data Protection Legislation. Essential criteria include strong personal organisation skills, the ability to work on own initiative and effectively as part of a project delivery team, responsible for the organisations business continuity and resilience planning, the candidate must have a strong customer focus, commercial awareness and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ideally, the postholder will have good knowledge of resilience in line with the Civil Contingencies Act as well as a working understanding of business continuity management. Competent and proficient in all current IT systems, the postholder will demonstrate drive and determination to deliver; on time and to budget, having resilience and demonstrable leadership skills, for what is a key delivery role for the organisation.
