Title: Repackaging Technician

Job Class: Hourly Employee

Job Summary: Join our growing team of cannabis professionals as a Repackaging Technician at our Marshfield location! This job entails learning our pre-roll and flower packaging processes from top to bottom, making pre rolls, and packaging containers with cannabis. Salary: $17-$19/hour

All employees are expected to perform their roles by meeting the expectations set forward within the core competencies as the needs of the business demands.

Duties:

  • Follow Bud & Mary’s company policies & procedures for daily operations of the Repackaging Department
  • Fully comply with state cannabis regulations and good manufacturing practices
  • Work closely with the rest of the Repackaging Team to achieve department goals
  • Repackaging cannabis flower into various items ready for sale to consumers, including pre-rolls, 1/8ths, and/or other finished cannabis flower products
  • Learn, follow and contribute to quality management and process improvement systems
  • Ensure accuracy of all data collection including weighing, counting and timing
  • Ensure that production processes are followed resulting in consistently quality products
  • Follow all cleaning and sanitization policies and perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks
  • Utilize accuracy and thoroughness in the packaging of products, filling out batch records/logs, and securely packing units of final products
  • Help to ensure all product is handled in compliance with Cannabis Control Commission regulations
  • Learn and understand the process scheduling tools
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Exemplify company values and champion company culture
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in assembly, machine operation, kitchen prep or cannabis manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to maintain production levels and necessary output necessary for departmental success
  • Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Have a strong work ethic and desire to exceed expectations
  • Ability to work as a team member, be organized, and have extreme attention to detail ● Age 21 or over (Required)
  • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day, and requires consistent hand-eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity
  • Must be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted and 50 lbs. assisted
