We’re seeking a Global Head of Diversity Recruiting Strategy & Programs.  This role is remote.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Develop an enterprise global diversity recruiting vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership, DEI, HRBPs and the business to create innovative, scalable recruiting plans
  • Deliver programs that support our DEI strategy by leveraging what exists and building out and customizing programming based on the needs of the organization
  • Provide a perspective and lens on recruiting processes and tools ensuring they are free from bias and adverse impact
  • Develop appropriate metrics, reports, and dashboards to track qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities for improvement, track progress and determine meaningful success.  Utilize information to strategize ways to enhance and improve results as needed.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Program Management and/or Consulting with focus on Diversity, Recruiting and/or HR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience creating and executing diversity recruiting strategies.
  • Solid understanding of recruiting methodologies and best-practices
  • Experience articulating a vision that inspires & moves partners and stakeholders to a single direction
  • Execution orientated, with a strong passion for results
