Job Description
What you’ll bring to NYSCASA:
• Associate degree or higher and/or a 3-5 year track record of implementing internal and
external communications plans including print, email, and social media campaigns
• Strong writing, editing, and design skills
• Ability to understand and develop informative communications around public policy
• An understanding and practice of trauma-informed communications
• Commitment to survivor justice and anti-oppression work
• Technical proficiency with social networking, content management, and web
development tools
• Ability to record, maintain, and analyze information using a database
• Adaptability and a solution-oriented attitude
• Commitment to a supportive, inclusive, and purposeful workplace
