Full-Time Senior OT Manager

Job Description

The Senior OT Resident Engineer interfaces with the client directly and is responsible for planning, scoping, and implementing the Dragos Platform in customer environments.  Be part of a hands-on and onsite team at power plants, substations, manufacturing floors, and refineries (to name a few), while performing installations and assisting our customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their infrastructure.
Location:  Remote – Must reside around Kent South East and possess the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Dragos Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria
    • Collaborate with client’s teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and integrations for the deployment of new sensors; coordinate and conduct deployments
    • Provide troubleshooting and break/fix support for the Platform solution
    • Provide knowledge transfer and training to key stakeholders
    • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and other configuration changes to the Platform solution
    • Monitor the health of the Platform solution to ensure continuous Platform availability and continuously tune and optimize the Dragos Platform
    • Develop content and build foundational workflows based on client use cases and value proposition
    • Communicate roadmap of upcoming features and content with the client and conduct new release feature walkthroughs as needed
    • Continually solicit client feedback on feature requests, improvements, and issues; manage escalation to appropriate Dragos groups
    • Coordinate other Dragos teams (Intel, Threat Operations Center) on investigations
    • Identify opportunities for other Dragos products and services

Requirements

    • 5 years experience in the industry (i.e. controls engineer) or InfoSec (cyber security)
    • Networking experience – Excellent understanding of IP networks, OSI model, Purdue model, and ICS protocols
    • Intermediate experience with Linux (command line), CENTOS, Docker, scripting languages (python, shell, etc), SIEMs
    • Experience in on-premise and cloud software solutions for Enterprise while managing multiple stakeholders and projects
    • Customer-oriented and attentive to client needs, with strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Must be able to pass background checks
    • Willingness to travel 50%

Compensation

    • Base Salary: £107,000
    • Compensation includes Salary + Equity + Comprehensive Benefits + Pension
    • Equity is communicated in USD and will be discussed on the first call with a Dragos recruiter. Employees receive equity that starts vesting on their first day and have an opportunity to earn additional equity.
