Job Description
- Serve as the primary staff assistant to the Director of Facilities Management.
- Be the Facilities Management Office Coordinator, Fixed Asset Coordinator, HR Representative, Division of Information Technology liaison, and Receptionist.
- Provide general office admin support.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office and web-based databases (SAP).
- Human Resources experience.
- Fixed asset management experience.
- Customer service skills by phone and in person with diverse stakeholders.
- High school/GED diploma, and
- 1+ year of administrative experience; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
