Full-Time Strategy & Operations Consultant (UK/US)
Job Description
Two Circles’ Rights Management team focuses on sponsorship sales, building compelling, data-driven brand partnership propositions and taking them to market, seeking to deliver greater value and impact for partners whilst driving commercial growth for clients.
A Strategy & Operations Consultant at Two Circles works within the Rights Management Strategy, Insight & Operations team, supporting the Rights Sales team across everything from market analysis to brand insight.
What we’re looking for
- More than three years’ experience in strategy, consultancy, agency environments or across a leading rights-owner
- Strong understanding of the sports industry, in particular changes within sponsorship
- Ability to understand a rights-owner’s position and able to articulate ideas and strategies to grow commercial revenues
- Understanding of the challenges rights-owners face and solutions that can be installed to grow revenue
- Ability to identify, construct and present across clients briefs
- Experience in the delivery of project objectives across the sales process and to clients
- Forecasting weekly and monthly schedules, and ability to adapt these while managing Sales teams’ and clients’ expectations
- Comfortable managing the relationship with sales and sales support team
- Forward thinking in business pipeline and business planning
- Able to support on the business development conversations and sales narratives
