£30,000-£38,869 per annum
dependant on level of teaching qualification
37 hours per week
The working pattern is 7.5 hours on Mondays & Wednesdays, 11 hours on Tuesdays &Thursdays
52 weeks per annum,

We are looking for an inspirational, creative and conscientious individual to join our successful Hair and Beauty team within the Lee Stafford Hair Academy at Abingdon and Witney College as a lecturer in Hairdressing on a 0.5 post.
To support your application, you will need to hold a Level 3 qualification in Hairdressing or Barbering, recent experience of work within the industry ideally Barbering and a recognised teaching or assessor qualification.
If you are working in industry and are considering becoming a teacher but do not yet hold a teaching qualification, the college can support you to achieve this.
This role may be eligible for the ‘Taking Teaching Further (TTF)’ programme, which supports professionals as they move into teaching in the further education sector. Support from the TTF programme can include an initial reduction in teaching workload and enrolment onto teacher training.
