This Role…

This role plays a fundamental part in Lintbells growth plans – to develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with Key Customers and Identify and Develop New Business opportunities by a thorough understanding of the Retail Landscape.

What you need to deliver…

• Possess strong influencing skills and be able to motivate and align a cross-functional team with a Customer Vison and Purpose.

• Total P&L accountability for your business

• Manage customer relationships and budgeted scorecard delivery

• Develop, negotiate, execute and track the delivery of a joint annual business plan with key customers that underpins the Sales and Brand strategy those customers

• Actively influence and drive the optimum execution of the 4Ps

• Cross functional stakeholder management with Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain

What you need to succeed…

• Experience working with a Branded FMCG Business

• Ability to embrace a dynamic, changing and ambiguous environment, and aspires to personally contribute to, and benefit from, that changing environment.

• Proven negotiator who can demonstrate experience of maintaining focus, control and delivery of a balanced scorecard of success across a variety of Commercial Measures.

• Strong commercial acumen managing P&L and JBP’s

• This position will require regular customer visits, as well as attending Lintbells Head Office on a weekly basis.

• High attention to detail

• Outstanding planning and time management skills and able to prioritize workload

• Confidence to communicate results and learnings in a way that is easy for all stakeholders understand
