* Hit the ground running with your experience within the digital media ecosystem, with the underlying data, and with challenges and opportunities using data for audience insights, targeting, and measurement to develop a data strategy. framework enabling advertisers to better leverage data to increase marketing impact
* Lead and/or support the development of best practices and the education of our associates and partners

What You’ll Bring:
10+ years’ experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing strategy consulting, in a client-facing role
Hands on experience with two or more of the following: Data management platforms, customer data platforms, identity management, and advanced marketing measurement (such as marketing mix models, multi-touch attribution, A/B testing)
Experience in AdTech/MarTech – at a digital marketing agency, a programmatic buying company, or client-side digital advertising team
Experience with a range of stakeholders across technology and business conveying the impact of media planning, measurement, and optimization
Relentless curiosity and an entrepreneurial, collaborative spirit that loves solving problems amid ambiguity
Ability to work independently as well as lead teams without explicit authority
Ability to create clear and compelling presentations in PowerPoint
Advanced Excel skills and/or understanding of advanced modeling techniques
Detail-oriented with solid project management and/or program management skills
Product management experience is a plus
MBA preferred
