Are you a creative, entrepreneurial, target-driven corporate fundraiser with a proven track record? Would you like to bring your passion and expertise to the UK’s leading charity empowering lives, reducing isolation and enhancing wellbeing through the creative arts?

Create is seeking a Senior Development Manager (Corporate) to drive the corporate fundraising strategy in support of Create’s ambitious seven-year Business Plan, aiming to double the reach and impact of the charity’s work by its 25th anniversary in 2027/28.

The new role of Senior Development Manager (Corporate) will work strategically to generate income from the corporate sector to targets set out in the plan, as well as identifying and cultivating new relationships, and strengthening and building upon existing ones.

The position is supported by the Development Council, a senior group of committed volunteers who provide advice, contacts, networking opportunities and approaches.

Salary: £32,000-£35,000 per annum.
