Royal Horticulture Society (RHS) Lecturer (Hourly Paid)
£24.97-£32.35 per hour, dependant on level of teaching qualification
Various hours per week (Approximately 6 hours per week)
Various weeks per annum
Common Leys Campus
Fixed term until September 2023
We are seeking to recruit a passionate individual with excellent communication skills to teach on our range of RHS practical courses.
We require a well organised, highly motivated individual who can develop students’ practical and academic skills to a high standard and prepare them for a successful career in the Horticulture Industry. You should have a wide range of expert horticulture knowledge, be RHS qualified and previous teaching experience would be beneficial but not essential. You would be part of a dedicated, flexible team of lecturers, instructors, technicians and support staff.
Hours available include Wednesday and Saturday mornings at Common Leys Farm campus. The 70 acre working farm has a designated Horticulture Unit with ornamental gardens, polytunnels and greenhouses.
