£24.97-£32.35 per hour, dependant on level of teaching qualification

Are you also a qualified teacher, or keen to learn and develop a career in teaching?
As part of the growth and development of our Counselling provision, Abingdon & Witney College are looking for a highly motivated professional to join us in delivering our CPCAB level 4 Diploma Counselling courses that currently run from 9:00am-4:30pm on Mondays and Thursdays during term time on our Abingdon Campus.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person and to apply for this post you must have experience of 1 year teaching and assessing at level 2 and 3 or above; be a qualified Counsellor to at least level 4/5 standard and currently in practice with a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying practice experience. You are also a member of a UK professional counselling body (such as BACP), engaging in regular professional development in line with ethical guidelines of the professional organisation.
Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
