Full-Time Mobile Provisioning Engineer
Job Description

- 5+ years’ experience in provisioning IOS and Android company-owned and BYOD mobile devices.
- 5+ years of experience in complex Mobile environment
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise mobility expense management tools (Mobility Central or similar)
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise cellular carrier management (AT&T and Verizon) including; managing mobile spend, line and contract optimization, mobile device ordering, and device lifecycle management.
- Experience managing enterprise mobility device management systems including Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, Apple Business Manager
- Experience with mobile device troubleshooting and support, specifically Apple iOS
- Ability to identify areas where mobility gaps exist and recommend supportable solutions
- Budget management, asset management and forecasting
- Knowledge of M365 Platform and collaboration applications within mobile MDM environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise architecture that includes M365, W365, Intune and SCCM
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
- Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills to work in a global team environment with a common goal

- Ability to document, maintain, and improve mobility processes
- Relevant Mobility Certifications
- Ability to utilize End User Analytics and Monitoring Software
- Experience maintaining asset management software and self service portal
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems analysis or a related study
This position is responsible for the provisioning, asset management and operational support of mobile devices within a Global setting. The overall support includes end users mobility onboarding, management of a mobile portal and working closely with mobile providers on provisioning of devices, billing and asset management. The position will maintain the scope of all mobile devices and supporting MDM toolsets. Position includes working with both company owned as well as BYOD devices utilized across a Global Environment. Included in the responsibility of this role will be working with new associates as part of onboarding and returns of assets as part of mobile life cycle management. Additional responsibility includes rotational operational support shift within a hybrid work environment. This position will strive for continuous improvements within the domain to bring efficiency and consistency across a Global Footprint.
- Create and maintain documentation as needed, including knowledge articles, technical documents, and training video
- Maintaining asset inventory and accounting of end user mobile devices
- Manage day to day operational within mobility domain with emphasis placed on provisioning and maintaining asset inventory.
