The shift pattern will be Monday-Thursday 7.5 hours and 7 hours on a Friday

We are inviting applications for the role of Delivery Manager to manage Oxfordshire Adult Learning courses delivered within the Oxford City area.
Oxfordshire Adult Learning is a large, award winning faculty of Abingdon and
Witney College. We aim to maximise access to learning for adults in
Oxfordshire, widening participation and transforming the health, social and
economic wellbeing of individuals, families and their communities.
Our provision is diverse and includes an extensive range of leisure learning
courses, community learning, family learning and accredited courses which
lead to recognised qualifications. Our courses are delivered at venues throughout Oxfordshire.
The purpose of this role is to support the Curriculum Manager to ensure the effective day-to-day delivery of courses and includes the following duties:
- overseeing and directing the work of the administration team
- supporting teaching staff
- communication with external venues used to deliver adult learning
- ensuring all information relating to courses is up to date and accurate, and communicated to those who need to know
- ensuring payroll information is accurate
- managing timetabling and rooming
- monitoring key performance data
- managing data systems in relation to student information
- line management of administrative staff
- contribute to the implementation of curriculum planning
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, work methodically, accurately and effectively to meet deadlines to ensure the smooth running of the faculty. You will have well-developed customer service skills and put our learners at the heart of all operational processes. This role will require travelling between external venues to support administrative tasks, often at the start and end of courses.
