Job Description

Lead Administrator 

£23,697 – £24,268 per annum 

37 hours per week 

The working pattern is 7.5 hours per day Monday – Thursday and 7 hours per day on Fridays 

52 weeks per annum 

Abingdon Campus 

Permanent 

We are looking for an experienced administrator with great communication skills to take on a lead role within our College Information Team. 

Throughout the year you will be involved in a number of key processes including application, enrolment, timetabling, exams and audit. You will collaborate with staff at all levels to ensure the accuracy of learner data and minimise errors.  

As a team we want to provide a high quality of service to both students and colleagues, so we’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about this. This is a varied role and would be ideally suited to someone analytical and solution focussed, with a keen eye for detail. 

A significant amount of the work will be on a computer, so you will need to have a good level of IT literacy and familiarity with using Microsoft Teams and Excel. Further training will be given on any other software.
