The Role
Hint Health is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us on our mission to make great healthcare accessible and affordable. Reporting to our Head of Product, you’ll be an integral part of a talented team building delightful software products to help healthcare providers scale direct care models nationwide. You’ll work with innovative providers using our software to rebuild the way healthcare is delivered from the ground up, resulting in a better patient experience and better outcomes at a reduced cost.
Location
This is currently a remote position due to COVID-19 and we anticipate continuing as a remote-first company through 2022. The product team is currently spread across California, Pennsylvania and Idaho.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our current and target client segments
- Equip all customer-facing and product roles with competitive intelligence that strengthens their ability to deepen product-market fit
- Partner with product and customer-facing teams to ensure the messaging and positioning of our products create competitive advantages and drive demand and adoption of our products
- Identify, develop and manage the creation of sales enablement materials and product-specific marketing assets (written, videos, or presentations)
- Partner with product to create a continuous feedback loop across market trends and competitive factors to shape and influence our product vision and strategy
- Build relationships with our amazing clients and champion their innovations through case studies, webinars, and blog content
About You
Have to have:
- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing for a SaaS company
- Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills with a passion for building consensus in cross-functional teams
- Strong track record of successful product launches
- Intuitive ability to tell the story of the product’s value
- Deep desire to understand and explain a SaaS product
Highly desired:
- Experience in healthcare or other complex, highly regulated markets
- Hands-on client research experience
