£23,697 to £24,268 per annum, pro rata
30 hours per week
The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
38 weeks per annum, paid for 43.13 weeks per annum

Pathways and Access to Learning are looking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Progression and Work skills co-ordinator to help plan, co-ordinate, monitor and facilitate a comprehensive programme to individuals and small groups of students aged 16-24 on our Witney campus. The successful candidate should have relevant experience of working with young people with Special Educational Needs and EHCPs to achieve their full potential by helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
We are looking for individuals who have excellent communication and organisational skills with the sole purpose to put in place the most appropriate provision to enable young people to aspire to gain relevant work skills and employment opportunities as part of an individualised study programme. You will support young people to ensure they understand the world of employment and the behaviours expected of them as an employee and help them develop these skills in the classroom settings, as well as developing skills essential to life after education. Previous experience in this role is not required, but a clear passion for providing outstanding support to ensure learners get what they need to achieve is a must.
