The role: The Director, Product Analytics will be responsible for developing the progressive analytic strategies that support Groups360’s short-term and long-term business vision.  The Director, Product Analytics will partner with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure we are delivering optimal solutions through automation.

 

What you will do:  

  • Define, create and implement a strategic approach to understand relationships between various forms of customer data, content metadata and business KPIs.
  • Partner with Product teams to identify and prioritize analytics and reporting that generate customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create, communicate, and lead the development of strategic data products and reporting.
  • Proactively provide external customers with user behavior information throughout their applicable user experience.
  • Develops, maintains, and enhances internally and externally facing data and IT solutions.
  • Improve data assets to develop and enhance services and value to stakeholders.
  • Lead analytics projects that combine data from multiple origins to generate strategic insights and informed decision making.
  • Identify opportunities for services and data development on market data needs.
  • Collect, review and disseminate customer feedback to the internal stakeholders to continuously improve data-oriented offerings.
  • Other qualifications as required.

 

Education and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics.
  • Experience with large data sets and advanced analytical tools.
  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans to meet business needs.
  • Proven success working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and building strong relationships with the engineering and product teams.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects

 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:   

  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels.
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint.

 

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F, HYBRID; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements.

 

Status: Exempt

 

Location:  Brentwood, TN, HYBRID (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
