Full-Time Senior Marketing Manager
Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Inspiring and leading a team of content and lead gen marketers
- Informing and influencing key analysts, media partners, and team members, leading to increased visibility and highly qualified business opportunities
- Providing a key link between industry analysts and internal marketing and/or chiefs – increasing awareness and knowledge-sharing
- Analyzing website conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales
- Reviewing current marketing campaigns for opportunities and developing solutions within budget constraints
- Expanding social and email channel impact through relevant subscriber growth
- In partnership with sales enablement, developing marketing strategies to drive cohesive sales campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Corporate communications or marketing background
- Degree in a marketing, English, or technology field
- Relevant industry experience, at least 7-10 years of experience with a brand, agency, or technology vendor
- Managerial experience (with direct reports, an agency, etc.)
- Hands-on analyst relations experience
- Hands-on digital media experience
- An excellent communicator (written and oral), with an outstanding command of the English language.
- The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it
- Excel at project management skills to manage and execute editorial calendar, deadlines within corporate communications and ongoing campaigns, while juggling multiple tasks
- A frequent and skilled collaborator
- Strong presentation skills
