Job Description
The key project will be implementing Ivalua, experience with this implementation in the past is a plus. Manages the implementation of the source-to-pay strategy for one or more assigned activities, such as Systems, Analysis, Invoice Processing, Sustainable Procurement, Contract Management. Lead this activity on a global basis and responsible for increasing the capacity and efficiency globally by executing strategic plans that improve the source-to-pay process end-to-end. Provides direct leadership to global professional staff. May also serve as the primary S2P overall contact for an assigned region. Directs the team’s delivery of the assigned activity, ensuring that this is conducted and maintained in the appropriate systems, meets key service commitments and have appropriate performance reported as required. Monitors the team’s timely delivery and sets effective routines for testing and quality assurance. Identifies resource requirements and constraints and ensures objectives are delivered in the most efficient manner possible. Engages with stakeholders from outside Global Procurement and identifies opportunities for better coordination and improved outcomes. Contributes to development of effective reporting across multiple S2P activities and creates effective routines for delivery of this information in order to drive more effective performance of the service and ultimately benefit the wider business. Responsible for developing and maintaining elements of the Global Procurement performance scorecard. Enforces regional adherence processes and standards for the assigned activity for implementing and tracking projects throughout their lifecycle. Oversees the activities of professional staff, ensuring that all documents pertaining to the assigned activity are inputted and maintained in the appropriate database. Effectively develops a clear strategic vision and roadmap for systems supporting one or more assigned activity which is clearly linked to improvement priorities and balances time, resource and investment constraints. Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff and more junior managers, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability function as a team or lead their team. Responsible for the performance management processes for professional staff. Manages the implementation of one or more assigned activities globally including completion of performance management for global staff. Responsible for the achievement of global goals and objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. 12-15 years of total work experience, with 3-5 years of management experience, preferred. The key project will be implementing Ivalua, experience with this implementation in the past is a plus.
