AP Analyst: Vendor Maintenance
*Position is on-site, 3 month duration from the start date*
AP analyst with past experience with in-depth comprehensive vendor maintenance (new vendor setups and updates to existing vendors) – reviewing and approving information provided and ensuring it is correctly captured in the ERP. Knowledge of IRS W9 and W8 forms and when they are required for vendor setups and impact of tax classification on 1099 reporting status. Prior experience working with vendors in setting up electronic payment information. Experience handling sensitive PII data (tax ids and banking) and fraud prevention processes related to the aforementioned data
We are looking for a vendor maintenance specialist and not invoice processing with vendor maintenance on the periphery of the work performed. Candidates without this additional experience will not be considered.
