Full-Time Employment Lawyer
Job Description
Our customer, an American construction management SAAS company, is looking to hire a Employment Lawyer. Ideally you will have gained your experience with a major law firm and/or in house experience in the financial services industry. This is a fast-moving environment, working on a variety of complex legal matters. You will be working in a team of qualified Lawyers initially remotely but then in one of the customers many offices.

Professional Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of in house employment legal experience
- independent
- command of local EU (esp. France, Germany, Ireland, & Spain) and UK employment law
- comfortable both in advice & counsel settings and delivering actionable written work product
- ideally has stood up new motions for HR and Legal functions
- pragmatic and tailors advice to the risk profile of the client (this is why in-house experience is more important than total years of experience)
- 20 hr / week commitment with the potential to flex up to full time
- 3 month minimum; potential to extend longer up to another 6 months (this is unlikely to become a permanent role based on our currently projected needs, but time will tell)
- available to start soon.
