SR SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
REPORTS TO: SENIOR DIRECTOR OF SALES
FULL-TIME — This role is remote with a hybrid option if local to Indianapolis, IN.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Sr Sales Operations Manager you will support the sales team by developing and executing critical data reports, dashboards, projects, and/or sales initiatives while ensuring the sales operations are efficient and effective. The ideal candidate must be able to apply a varied set of skills simultaneously and is an enthusiastic, organized person, who displays the core values of Codelicious.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Optimize and document sales team (i.e., includes account executive team, sales development team, customer experience team) processes for efficiencies and bridging cross functional interactions
  • Participate in sales team meetings around the planning, development, implementation, and achievement of sales strategy and effectiveness
  • Develop and lead sales team analytics reporting including but not limited to process efficiencies, KPIs, productivity, and goal attainment, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to distill data into actionable insights
  • Design and manage sales data dashboards to provide insight into sales attainment planning
  • Lead and manage sales administration, including invoicing and commission reconciliation processes
  • Optimize and maintain CRM best practices for the sales team, driving accountability within the team, and auditing periodically for consistency
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership of their work
  • Technically-savvy, with the ability (and appetite) to quickly understand new products and solutions, including prior CRM and business software experience
  • Professional sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Desire to meet (and exceed!) goals
