Full-Time People Operations Consultants
Job Description
Glymph Consulting is searching for a Consultant to join our growing consulting practice supporting mission aligned client organizations. The Consultant will work with clients to provide suggestions and innovative solutions to their People Operations challenges including providing support in the following areas (not exhaustive or complete):
- Full cycle recruitment
- DEI initiatives
- Change management
- Coaching & Development
- Policy development
- Project management
- Template creation
- Feedback tools and metrics
- Compliance
- Training
- Facilitation
- Research
- Evaluations & Audits
- HRIS systems implementation support
- Other customized assistance
This position will also work with core clients to develop, initiate, and proactively adapt/implement strategies based on best practices and consistent with movement values.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passionate, determined leader with mid to senior level people operations and progressive HR experience
- Energetic, strategy-focused team-builder with people leadership experience
- Human Resources domain experience
- Experience counseling, coaching, and acting as a strategic advisor across all people operation matters
- Experience developing and implementing People Ops related initiatives
- Experience leading/facilitating team development and growth
- Experience navigating “grey areas” and grappling with progressive organization/campaign challenges
- Knowledge of, and expertise in utilizing, adult learning styles
- Knowledge of emerging DEI trends
- Self-starter and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- People centered, but analytical approach to problems and solutions
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation
- Amazing time and stress management
- Tech savvy and comfortable using and learning HRIS and training tools
Position Details:
This position is full-time and fully remote. The position reports to the Managing Director.
What We Offer:
- Salary range: $75,000-$95,000
- Generous paid time off. We want to make sure you have time to live your life outside of work. We offer 20 paid vacation days per year, plus paid federal holidays
- Unlimited paid sick time with supervisor approval

- Paid 2-week end of year “all organization” closure the last two weeks of December
