Full-Time Product Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in key functional areas of the Ease platform
- Provide tier 3 support for critical customer escalations: root cause analysis, bug triaging & business impact analysis
- Work with internal teams such as customer success, support and the implementation team in supporting pilot programs for new solutions and defining new processes to support those solutions
- Document and map processes and work with internal experts to continuously improve those processes
- Work closely with product management to assist in other related product areas – for example assisting with maintaining rates and forms in the Ease platform
Experience / Skills Desired:
- 5+ years in the US employee benefits industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with the Ease platform is a requirement
- Technically savvy and proficient with multiple cloud solutions. You don’t need to be a “digital native” – but you should be able to demonstrate your ability to embrace modern internet-based technology
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating data: Excel power user and/or SQL sk
