What are we looking for?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Demand & Portfolio Planner to join our growing team in Honeywell SPS to be based in one of the following locations: Bracknell, Poole, Portsmouth, or Motherwell.

What will you be doing?

Maintain onboarding & continuous Training records
Collaborate with Corp Supply Chain Academy
Lead Best Practice forums
Support GBE Planning leaders in identifying, selecting & appointing candidates
Perform and Review Skills & Experience assessments
Oversea Coaching and Mentoring programs
Support GBE planning leaders to implement std processes & tools
Attend Portfolio & Demand Review meetings to provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with the Tools & Systems COE teams
Support std process & tools adoption and implementation
Review Process maturity, compliance and gap closing action rails
Review and Drive improvements in Forecast Error metrics and RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Actions) rails

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum level HNC or equivalent
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills with presentation confidence
Coaching & mentoring experience
Problem solver & Solution provider
Ability to work independently, and a strong self-starter
Keen & continuous learner
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Knowledge of Access is desirable)
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP & Oracle)
Business and financial acumen
Excellent analytical & reporting skills
The ability to inspire change management and adapt

WE VALUE
Degree within an industrial segment, or commercial
Knowledge of Honeywell & Products
Understanding and familiarity with a global Matrix organization
