Full-Time Senior Paid Acquisition Account Manager

About Us

Jordan Digital Marketing is a fully-remote digital marketing agency focusing on paid acquisition and organic growth (SEO and content). We work with a variety of different-sized companies across different industries like tech, B2B, fintech, ecommerce, and local businesses. Our goal is to work with our clients as an extension of their marketing team to help achieve their goals and grow their business. We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our paid acquisition team.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Ownership of cross-channel strategy for key accounts
  • Execution of strategy on platforms including Google ads, Bing ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra, and Twitter
  • Leading client calls, analyzing performance, and recommending next steps
  • Conducting strategic planning and optimization efforts
  • Collaborating with clients and making recommendations to achieve goals
  • Developing and implementing testing strategies to increase advertising efficiency
  • Utilizing in-house and 3rd party tools to drive results
  • Reporting on KPIs and communicating clearly with clients
  • Mentoring and training members of the team
  • Leading team training sessions for the paid acquisition team
  • Developing new strategies to help your clients find marketing success

You Have

  • At least 5 years of paid search experience, paid social experience is a plus
  • At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role (owning communication, leading calls, all that good stuff)
  • Experience training team members on paid media channels
  • Technical skills across multiple platforms and disciplines
  • Experience setting up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager, Tealium, or Segment
  • Proven experience with developing new advertising strategies and ideas for clients
  • A track record of creating and optimizing conversion focused campaigns
  • Thinking outside the box: you are quick on your feet and can quickly come up with creative campaign strategies to meet client goals
  • An eye for detail: you have the ability to speak at a high level and can also get in the weeds.
  • Excellent communication skills: you can easily hold conversations with contacts who are new to digital marketing as well as Chief marketing officers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or other relevant professional certifications are a plus, but if you have the experience, a piece of paper doesn’t really matter

We Would Appreciate If You Have

  • The ability to discern client needs and turn them into action
  • Experience running multiple paid channels and figuring out new ones
  • Experience leading meetings via Zoom or Teams
  • Familiarity with Asana, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack
  • An understanding of other marketing disciplines like CRO, organic social, email, etc.
