Global Operations Manager

DomainTools helps security analysts turn threat data into threat intelligence. Those connections inform risk assessments, help profile attackers, guide online fraud investigations, and map cyber activity to attacker infrastructure. The Global Operations Manager is a critical role to deliver our continued growth and expansion. In this strategic role, reporting to the CRO, you are responsible for core operations globally with a focus on process optimization and standardization, operational execution, and technology management. It is essential for this role that you have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience, and your ability to operate within the administration functions. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel, and Sales leaders globally, with a hands-on approach providing near term results with current systems and mapping a vision for the future.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce.com experience and working within customized environments
  • 7-10 years of experience in related roles (e.g., Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, IT Operations)
  • Ability to take a data-driven approach to address operational strategy and issues, with a focus on increasing overall GTM productivity
  • Strong project management skills and drive for ownership and results modernizing systems processes
  • Expert in sales, finance, and marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com, CPQ, Clari, Lean Data, Full Circle, NetSuite, marketing automation tools, etc.
  • Expert verbal and written communications skills, including presentation skills to all levels within the organization
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with superb time management skills
  • Knowledge and experience implementing CPQ
  • Prior experiences integrating companies via M&A is preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of go-to-market (GTM) operations activities including, but not limited to, account and opportunity ownership, territory management, quota setting, forecasting, customer and prospect campaign execution, contact and lead management, and general financial reporting
  • Design, implement and manage strong data integrity processes and controls to measure and report on key prospecting, pipeline, and revenue metrics
  • Continuous improvement maintaining the data quality in Salesforce.com
  • Deliver enablement and training on new and developing processes for the broader GTM and finance teams
  • Design and deliver continuous optimization of sales, revenue, marketing, and financial operations
