Full-Time Information Systems Analyst

Job Description

The Information Systems Analyst position (101982), for the Financial Information Systems and Technology department, will provide technical support to the time and attendance system, which is currently UKG Workforce Central. Support and manage the time and attendance terminals. Provide technical support for all interfaces to/from the time and attendance system. Other responsibilities of this position will include provide backup support to the CBORD’s CS Gold system, which includes: support of all interfaces between the CS Gold system to other systems, troubleshoot and maintain the CS Gold point-of-sale devices, and other CS Gold devices. This position will also have other responsibilities for the Financial Information Systems and Technology department.

Position Function: Provide technical and analytical support for the development, implementation, and continued operations of systems for the department of Financial Information Systems and Technology that support and align with Ball State University goals.

 

The minimum salary for this position is $47,000.00.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university by date of appointment.
    Or, in lieu of Bachelor’s degree:
  2. Associate’s degree plus an additional combination of education or experience in IT equivalent to two years.
    Or
  3. High school diploma or GED plus an additional combination of education or experience in IT equivalent to four years.

 

Three or more years of computer or related technical experience.

 

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

Preferred Qualifications:  Experience with UKG Workforce Central time and attendance system; experience with CBord’s CS Gold campus ID system; experience with Banner HR and/or Banner Finance Systems.
