We are looking for a talented Product Engineering Specialist to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business Unit in Columbus, IN / or your approved hybrid location.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Obtains input from stakeholders to deliver information and recommendations that lead to quality product decisions.
• Applies academic knowledge and existing experience to take action and make decisions that progress projects forward without sacrificing project quality expectations
• Investigates product problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution, and documents results
• Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• At least 3 years of professional Engineering work experience.
• College, university, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines is required.
• Prior experience as Senior or Lead Engineer or relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and decision making.
• CAD Experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
