We are looking for a talented Global Sales Training Manager to join our Cummins Filtration team in Nashville, Tennessee, U.S (Hybrid).
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Role will coordinate Cummins Filtration internal Salesperson and external Delivery Partner training globally: curriculum, content, tools/methods of delivering content, and partner providers.
• Evaluates training outcomes based on a variety of measures, e.g., knowledge retention, skill development, Key Performance Indicators, and return on the training investment.
• Builds effective teams – Building strong-identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.
• Develops talent – Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.
• Min 3 years’ experience of specific to Sales Training and or Training Curriculum/Training Program development.
Skills:
• Role will track training progress across the Sales organization
• Role may not have direct reports; however, will have dotted line responsibility for the training resources that exist in each region.
• Role must be sensitive to cultural differences, language, and training needs of all regions
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, training, or a related field
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
