As an Analyst on the Certification team, you will evaluate and analyze websites, products, and services to determine their compliance with applicable laws and regulations and their eligibility for LegitScript certification.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage in behaviors aligned with LegitScript’s core values: Be Awesome, Be Open, Be Thoughtful, Be Invested.
- Review applications and ensure all required documentation was provided.
- Interact with applicants via phone and email to obtain information while maintaining a customer service attitude.
- Conduct online background investigations of applicants, review their website content for problematic products and policies, and conduct compliance reviews.
- Research and refer to applicable regulations, escalating to the internal Legal team or Policy Analyst when appropriate.
- Research, classify and update products and website classifications as well as maintain the integrity of currently stored data.
- Monitor billing and payment status, escalating internally when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the team to find creative solutions to emerging issues

Highly Desired
- Previous Analyst and/or professional research experience
- Experience with internet investigative techniques
- Knowledgeable about a regulated field (supplements, hemp/CBD, drug and alcohol addiction treatment, healthcare, etc.)
- Training experience
- Process improvement experience
- Advanced level fluency in a second language
