Job Description
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Provides high-quality technical training delivery on Cummins products and systems. Delivers technical training to distributor, dealer, and customer service personnel to enable technician efficiency, repair quality and customer satisfaction. Provides technical support as required.
* Forecast training demand and develop plan to address business needs.
* Trains and provides technical support to technicians and service personnel on products, policies, systems and tools.
* Develop expertise through train the trainer sessions and maintain up-to-date training materials.
* Evaluates training with participant feedback and field performance.
* Support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintains technical training records and report service capability.
* Customize and modify technical training programs and presentations as required.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Min of 3 years of relevant work experience required, including experience in service.
* Responsible for the upkeep of training modules and training facility in San Leandro.
* Responsible for the shipment of training materials and training modules.
* Discuss training plans with customers to build custom courses to suit their needs.
* Will be required to travel up to 25% throughout the Western Zone.
Education, Licenses, Certifications
* College, university or equivalent technical experience required.
* This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
