Job Description

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages human resource information management systems for one or more company-wide technologies.
• Monitors solution integration and change control processes for technologies or regions in alignment with company policies and application standards.
• Manages configuration, testing, change control, documentation and maintenance activities ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Leads the evaluation of requested system changes and impact of changes to the entire system and monitors the status of change requests.
• Manages the testing and implementation of the human resource system patches, enhancements and system upgrades.
• Ensures system functionality, access and security is maintained in compliance with global design and standards, business requirements and legislative requirements.

Skills

• Change Management – Applies the Cummins structured process and tool set for engaging individuals and organizations through change to achieve and sustain business results and outcomes.
• Human Resources Information Systems Design and Administration – Evaluates and defines Human Resource technology solutions to meet business needs; designs integrated technology enabled business processes.
• Data Analytics – Discovers, interprets and communicates qualitative and quantitative data; determines conclusions relying on knowledge of business or functional frameworks; simultaneously applies statistics, data validity, data visualization, and problem solving approaches to effectively extract meaningful patterns and business insights; presents conclusions and outcomes that enable data driven business decisions.
• Human Resources Consulting – Collaborates with partners to observe the environment and apply sound judgement informed by knowledge, skills, and experiences to identify and optimize opportunities to provide holistic solutions, while balancing the needs of stakeholders, primarily employees, with those of the organization.
• Manages complexity – Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
• Demonstrates self-awareness – Using a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.

Education, Licenses, Certifications
College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience
• Significant relevant work experience required.
• Human Resource Information Systems experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience with SAP PY, PA configuration, support and implementation
• Team management
• Additional responsibilities will be delivered separately
