Overview
Morning Brew is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Website User Experience & Growth to analyze the impact of core user experience across our websites and identify opportunities through new feature development and rigorous testing. We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives in data analysis, performance, and web and mobile funnel optimization. Product Managers at Morning Brew oversee planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product requirements, assisting with setting success metrics for features, creating detailed roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, product design, analytics, sales, growth and editorial to ensure the user experience and business goals are met. This role sits within Product and reports to the Director of Product Management.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
– Own the overall redesign and iteration of our navigation, story page, and discovery experience on morningbrew.com and our B2B sites.
– Launch new editorial properties and maintain rigorous organization and communication with stakeholders across the company.
– Take a data-driven approach to continuous improvement through A/B testing and user research.
– Work closely with the growth and analytics team to ensure our sites are optimized for conversion and organic search, through SEO tactics and performance improvements.
– Create and maintain detailed, end-to-end product roadmaps, in partnership with engineering and product design.
– Gather requirements and write user stories to maintain an organized, prioritized backlog of work.
What makes you qualified?
– 5+ years of experience in product management
– Growth and analytically minded
– Ability to use research, data, your experience, and product instincts to identify the most impactful areas of focus
– Experience using A/B testing to optimize consumer web experiences
– Excellent project management skills, and ability to own a roadmap end-to-end
– Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communications
– Have a demonstrated ability to drive business results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
– Knowing how to code is not a requirement, but through education or experience, you have the ability to work closely with engineers to evaluate different approaches to implementing product features, weighing tradeoffs and other priorities effectively.
– Experience in media and content-based websites and past experience working on redesigns are pluses.
 Please be prepared to submit:
– Your resume
– A short introduction/cover letter
