Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, team playing Graduates to join us and help shape our future, as we will help shape yours.
Every year we welcome a new cohort of Graduates who join us for a 2-year rotational program based in one of our office locations in Jersey City, New Jersey, or Rocky Hill, Connecticut, in the US, or in London, UK. Our Graduates rotate every 6 months within the business area they have selected. In 2022 we are looking for Graduates to join either our Underwriting teams, our Risk & Compliance, or our Finance teams.
Our next Graduate Program will begin in September 2022. Our Graduates will be fully supported through mentorship, career advising, gaining professional qualifications while receiving a competitive starting salary £30,000 UK & $63,000 US plus 7.5% Target Bonus and flexible benefits.

Programme outline
Your new career path with Aspen will begin in September 2022.
We will provide you with a mix of training from both internal subject matter experts and external thought leaders, workshops to help you gain a broader knowledge at Aspen, access to online learning, rotations with different teams across the business, and support to undertake professional qualifications.
Additionally, we will provide you with financial support to study towards professional, post graduate qualifications in your chosen field.
