Full-Time Senior Brand Manager

This role will ideally be located in Denver, Colorado (other locations will be considered depending on the candidate) and will be responsible for marketing activation, advertising and promotional campaigns, and regional marketing. As part of the expanding marketing team (which includes brand managers and creative and digital resources working alongside external agencies), the ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional leader with a talent for project management and prioritizing impactful deliverables. The ability to think strategically, rather than merely tactically, will be a hallmark of this role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead brand and campaign efforts nationally, driving participant growth, volunteer acquisition, and fundraising to drive audience reach and engagement within existing and new markets/communities
  • Project manage brand and marketing-related efforts including overseeing external agencies, internal cross-functional teams, and annual budgets
  • Establish and drive marketing KPIs while optimizing budget and prioritizing high impact initiatives
  • Work closely with regional and field marketing teams to develop and execute expansion and awareness strategies
  • Oversee creation of digital and content strategies
  • Travel as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7-10 years’ experience in similar roles, preferably in brand management, brand marketing, or project management
  • High-level strategic and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and drive multiple concurrent projects forward with urgency
  • Talent for leading and inspiring cross-functional teams, external agencies and freelancers
  • Demonstrated writing, editing, and communications skills
  • Detail and excellence-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively across teams as both leader and significant contributor
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and ability to relate to people from all walks of life
  • Ability to travel

 

PREFERENCES

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or related field
  • Experience in:
    • Managing a team
    • Leading or working alongside field marketing teams
    • Implementing inclusive marketing practices
  • Deep understanding of digital and content trends
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms
  • Lived experience as a peer in recovery
