DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Lead Customer Engineer responsible for our strategic external OEM customer
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Developing relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Providing on-site support of critical engine integration activities
• Lead and attending customer meetings
• Responsible for managing customer requirements
• Take responsibility for managing customer communications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Qualifications – External
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• A degree in an Engineering discipline
• Understanding of engineering principles and practices,
• Demonstrable track record of problem solving and quality decision making
• Have the ability to lead product development and problem-solving activities within new and current product
• Proficient in the use of MS Office
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Willing to travel, both nationally and internationally, once safe to do so
